With traditional style and rugged durability, the Saw n’ Axe Sling is a game changer for Campers and Outdoor Enthusiasts.
Holding both a Saw and Axe on your shoulder, it’s a great way to keep all your firewood processing tools together, then be able to harvest and carry it back to camp safely and easily.
Made of Heavy Duty (Beeswaxed) waxed canvas, it’s water resistant and has all rust-proof metal and brass hardware. No plastic.

Rugged Materials are used to withstand harsh wear and tear in the outdoors. The 12 ounce canvas is coated in beeswax - making it highly water resistant. There are no plastic components, all the hardware is rustproof metal or brass. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Multiple Sizes ensure various saw and axe models can fit.
Tech Specs
REGULAR SIZE SLING (23” Saw Pouch)
• Fits the 21" Bear Essentials Bucksaw perfectly.
•Best suited for an axe that is less than 26” (But larger will still work)
•Will fit any collapsible saw that’s length is 23” or less.
Care Instructions
Longer term storage for the canvas should be in a dry place. Although protected by beeswax, any wet storage for prolonged periods may cause some mildew buildup regardless.

Washing is not recommended, as it will remove the beeswax finish. But if you want to remove a stain etc, then soap and water will do the trick for a wash.

The Leather Accessories will age and naturally darken when exposed to UV over time. This is natural and adds to the rugged look of the canvas. To maintain the leathers if they ever get dry, use our Bucksaw Butter wax, a leather conditioner, or any other beeswax based wax to maintain it’s suppleness as the years pass.

Our canvas goods come with a lifetime warranty, which includes any manufacturing defects which compromise the structural integrity of the product from the manufacturing process.
This does not include damage through general use, which is expected over time.

I received the Knot Tying Kit 3 days after I ordered it. The package arrived with no damage or issues. I ordered the Large version to have the Larger At-Home Guide (larger sized print and cards) to keep at my desk and the Credit Card-Sized Knot Guide stores in the burlap sack that is comes with. I don’t have to worry about losing the smaller guide (it stays with the ropes in the burlap sack) and by keeping the larger one at my desk it gives me the opportunity to practice knot tying on various sized cordage that I keep in my desk. The tin that comes with the kit is very nice and easily doubles for a fire kit (tinder, char cloth, lighter, etc.) or other type of survival kit. The actual knot tying kit itself (two ropes, credit card sized guide book, and burlap sack for storage) packs away with ease. The knot tying guide has clear directions with vivid and easy to follow illustrations. I like that it gives an overview (front card) of where you would use the knots at your campsite along with alternative knots for the same purposes. When you are looking at the individual knots (1-10), it gives an example of the usage along with tips for them or some even have clever mnemonics to help you memorize how to tie the knot. The very back card has a handy QR code to scan and go straight to a plethora of educational videos to include the knot tying ones. The back card also lists all the included knots as a quick reference. The guide cards are waterproof and sturdy. The two contrasting color (orange and green) ropes are very good to practice with and make the knots easy to see, especially when tying the two together. They are not flimsy and are easy to handle with gloves on as well. Overall, this is a high quality product with very helpful knots and worth every penny. I most definitely will be recommending this everyone

The cost of the cap, including shipping from Canada to the UK, was comparable to what I would pay in the UK for a similar item, the quality was great, and it arrived in just a few days.

I received the Knot Tying Kit 3 days after I ordered it. The package arrived with no damage or issues. I ordered the Large version to have the Larger At-Home Guide (larger sized print and cards) to keep at my desk and the Credit Card-Sized Knot Guide stores in the burlap sack that is comes with. I don’t have to worry about losing the smaller guide (it stays with the ropes in the burlap sack) and by keeping the larger one at my desk it gives me the opportunity to practice knot tying on various sized cordage that I keep in my desk. The tin that comes with the kit is very nice and easily doubles for a fire kit (tinder, char cloth, lighter, etc.) or other type of survival kit. The actual knot tying kit itself (two ropes, credit card sized guide book, and burlap sack for storage) packs away with ease. The knot tying guide has clear directions with vivid and easy to follow illustrations. I like that it gives an overview (front card) of where you would use the knots at your campsite along with alternative knots for the same purposes. When you are looking at the individual knots (1-10), it gives an example of the usage along with tips for them or some even have clever mnemonics to help you memorize how to tie the knot. The very back card has a handy QR code to scan and go straight to a plethora of educational videos to include the knot tying ones. The back card also lists all the included knots as a quick reference. The guide cards are waterproof and sturdy. The two contrasting color (orange and green) ropes are very good to practice with and make the knots easy to see, especially when tying the two together. They are not flimsy and are easy to handle with gloves on as well. Overall, this is a high quality product with very helpful knots and worth every penny. Saw this guy on YouTube posting great knot tying tutorials. Thought I'd support the guy by buying a cap, and it far exceeded expectations. The cost of the cap, including shipping from Canada to the UK, was comparable to what I would pay in the UK for a similar item, the quality was great, and it arrived in just a few days.
With brands like this there is no need to buy from Amazon or whatever, you get better products and service buying from the little guy

DJ is one of the best, if not the best bushcraft/survival tutors in the internet. When I've seen his knots cheatsheet cards, I felt like if he reads my mind, as I did want to print something like that on my own, but seeing this there was no point any more - the format is smaller, meaning I can easily fit it in my pocket + there is SO much information like use cases, graphics etc - literally everything I would need.
And after ordering the cards, once I received it, I was super surprised to see it's not just the cards, but the whole metal box, with short ropes for training! The best value for the money
